Equation Detective – Medium

Medium success = being tidy. These puzzles punish messy working because you’ll revisit clues multiple times.

Use this structure:

  • Create a mini list of known matches (confirmed only).
  • Create a mini list of price equations derived from clues.
  • Only write in the grid when something is certain (use pencil/notes for “maybe”).

When stuck: pick one person with two remaining options and test which option would break a relationship (price or ordering). One will usually collapse.
